How does the bespoke process work?
The process starts with a private consultation, followed by selecting stones, creating design sketches, and crafting the final piece using traditional and modern techniques.
How long will it take to get my orders?
For in-stock Ready to Ship pieces, please allow 2 to 5 days for processing and shipping time.
For our made-to-order items, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production for shipping time once order is confirmed. Please note that actual lead times may vary depending on the actual design.
For bespoke orders, please allow 6 to 12 weeks for production and shipping time once order is confirmed. Please note that actual lead times may vary depending on the actual design.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, our showroom is by appointment only. You can book an appointment here.
Can I remodel my existing jewellery?
Yes, we can remodel your existing diamonds or gemstones into new designs that retain sentimental value.
How long does the bespoke process take?
The timeline varies depending on the complexity of the design, but typically it takes between 4 to 12 weeks from consultation to completion.
Do you offer delivery?
We offer deliveries for orders over HK$10,000 upon request. However, we highly recommend that customers opt for in-store pickup at our showroom. This ensures that your product is received in perfect condition and that the product fits correctly.
Local deliveries: All packages are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. We cover the cost of the original order; however, please be aware that replacements may not be possible due to the nature and rarity of gemstones, as well as fluctuations in raw material prices. While we can process credits, replacement availability is not guaranteed. Once a package is delivered and signed for, we cannot assume liability for any damages or loss that may occur thereafter.


International Deliveries: If you'd like to place an international order, please email us to get started. Please note that any duties and taxes incurred during the shipping process are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
Yes, all our diamonds are ethically sourced and over a carat are certified by The Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly for bespoke requests.
Do you offer warranty?

We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of our creations. For twelve months from the date of purchase, we guarantee your pieces against all defects in material or workmanship. If any defects are found during this period, we will repair or replace your piece at no charge. This warranty covers quality issues arising from manufacturing defects, including loose prongs or diamonds, missing pave stones, and broken clasps.
We reserve the right to inspect the piece. If a defect is confirmed (e.g., significant manufacturing defects in the material or workmanship), the item may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Upon verification by our experts that the piece matches its original state at purchase, we will either refund, repair, or replace any defective item at no additional charge.
Wear and Tear
: Please note that this warranty does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, accidental lost or damage, improper use and storage, or items altered or repaired by another jeweller. This includes, but is not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, cracked stones,
Resizing, lost, or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.
What is your return & exchange policy?
All sales are final.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Clean your jewellery regularly with a soft cloth, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, and store pieces individually to prevent scratches.
